The recently closed transaction at 17 Lustre Street had an ask price of $1,699,000 with a final sales price at $1,925,000 resulting in the $226,000 that was received over the asking price. It was only on the market for five days, another benchmark for this transaction. Yvonne also leased this same home one year prior and set a leasing price record in the neighborhood at the time.
